Governance

The CIDNA Governance Committee — comprised of the chair, vice-chair, treasurer, and secretary of the Board of Directors — organizes board meetings, manages the organizational finances, initiates planning activities, and acts as CIDNA’s official liaison with the City of Minneapolis, other government agencies, and other neighborhood organizations.
