Transportation

The Transportation Committee monitors transportation projects and issues that impact the neighborhood and makes recommendations for action to the CIDNA Board of Directors. Recent areas of focus include the B-Line Bus Rapid Transit project and Southwest Light Rail Transit project (SWLRT).

  • The Green Line Extension Transit project (also known as Southwest Light Rail project or SWLRT) is being built from Eden Prairie to Downtown Minneapolis and through our neighborhood. It opens in 2027. The Board of Directors has actively advocated for CIDNA residents and businesses throughout the process.
